I graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2002 with an MSc in Psychology (cand.psych.). After graduation, I started at BST Denmark a/s where I worked with occupational well-being and the psychological working environment in many forms. Here, I gained experience in the collection of data on occupational well-being and employee satisfaction and not least facilitation of the difficult transition from figures in anonymous questionnaires to prioritisation and concretisation of efforts and an open dialogue about solutions.

I also gained experience in conflict management, joining of departments and change management. After a year at the Centre of Supervision at the City of Copenhagen, where I supervised groups of employees handling complicated cases, I rejoined the consultancy sector in a position at Implement. Here, I had the opportunity to design and implement large international projects at the crossroads of business, management and relationship work. In 2009 I started as an independent consultant.

I have always been interested in people in the workplace. We spend so many hours of our lives at work, and we put our identity at stake in an environment with special tasks and goals.

When collaborating with me, you get:

  • For us to deliver robust solutions through the combination of intimate knowledge of local practices and expertise in the psychology of workplace relations.

  • Relations within the organisation are often the primary focus of many of my tasks, but I always think of the people who are the reason why you are in business. Therefore, we will often draw on feedback from customers, the general public, end-users or business partners of your own organisation.

  • There is no business like yours, and it is my experience that models always need a bit of adjustment to match your requirements and what you do.

  • Attentiveness and availability matching your needs whatever the size of your requirements.

  • Experience with complex issues and an eye for how power circulates in an organisation. Most seminars and sessions run smoothly once we are focused and the objectives and success criteria have been clearly defined. On the rare occasion that agreement does not come easy or conflicts arise, it is important for everyone’s experience that any such difficulties are handled respectfully. I balance this through my expertise in psychology and experience with workplace emotions.
